As ongoing improvement work takes place to FORS Online, the functionality of the FORS Professional training register and the training dashboard has changed.
How does this affect you?
- On the FORS Professional training register, you’ll now only be able to see the drivers currently assigned to your company.
- A driver can change the company name on their eLearning account online, which will then appear on the training register. If the driver is unable to access their eLearning account and they’ve tried resetting their password, they’re able to contact the Helpline to request for their details to be changed. A driver can also contact the Helpline if they need their classroom, manager or other training records updated.
- You can no longer request a change to a driver’s account or records on behalf of a driver.
- If you need to link a driver to your organisation on the training dashboard, you can do this using the driver’s driving licence number.
