FORS Professional Practitioner Recertification is offered free of charge to FORS operators. The course is delivered in two three-hour sessions on the same day, and you must attend both sessions in order to re-qualify as a FORS Practitioner. This course has been introduced for Practitioners whose certification is expiring within the next three months, you cannot attend if this doesn’t apply to you. Click here to book your place.
FORS Practitioner course modules are offered to FORS operators at the discounted rate of £50 + VAT per person per module and are delivered in two and a half hours. The courses can be attended individually and in any order. Attendance counts towards the FORS Practitioner qualification which requires members to complete all 10 FORS Practitioner modules. Attaining FORS Practitioner status helps demonstrate meeting FORS Bronze, Silver and Gold professional development requirements – D4, S5 and G5. Click here to book your place.
FORS Professional Car and Van Fleet Management Essentials is offered to FORS operators at the discounted price of £60 + VAT per person and is delivered in three and a half hours. The course covers driver competence, conduct and condition, vehicle and load safety, and internal fleet quality management procedures. This course helps fleet managers to meet the mandatory responsible person training requirement on maintaining continuous and effective management of fleet activities as set out under Bronze requirement ‘M3 Responsible person’. FORS Professional HGV and PCV Fleet Management Essentials is offered to FORS operators at the discounted price of £80 + VAT per person and is delivered in two sessions of three hours each, with a one-hour break. The course is designed for fleet management and supervisory staff working to achieve operator licence undertakings, and gives an overview of good fleet management principles, the operator licensing system and the FORS Standard. This course helps managers whose Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence is over five years old meet the mandatory responsible person training requirement on maintaining continuous and effective management of fleet activities as set out under Bronze requirement ‘M3 Responsible person’.
