Many thanks for agreeing to help us test the new FORS website. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. It should take you approximately 15-20 minutes to  complete the simple survey below.

We want to understand how easy it is for you to find your way around the new website. All you need to do is find the page that contains the answer to each of the questions in the survey.

First, login using the WordPress login details that we sent to you. This will enable us to track your clicks. The Wordpress login is not the same as your FORS login. Later you will be asked to login using your FORS login details and answer further questions.

PLEASE NOTE: The FORS test website is in development only and not everything works perfectly. Nothing you do will be actioned, for example you can’t book any workshops through the site, or edit any account details and you can not damage anything either!  You may also notice some latin copy – please ignore this. Also some links may not work as well.

Instructions

1. LOGIN using the WordPress login details that we sent you.
2. OPEN a new page in your browser and click this link: New FORS website home page.
3. Answer the questions in the survey.
4. LOGIN using your FORS login details when prompted to do so.
5. Answer the remaining questions in the survey.
